Orders will usually ship (be despatched) within 3 working days and should there be any major delay, we will do our best to keep you updated. If you have any concerns regarding the shipping/processing times, please contact us for other options.

Please verify the shipping address and information before confirmation. If a package returns to us and needs to be reshipped, please be aware that additional shipping fees will be required.

Standard shipping is free for orders above $60. Your order will arrive within 5 to 10 business days from order date, if there are no shipping delays.

Your order will arrive within 2 to 3 business days from order date.

If you have opted for the pick up option at checkout, we will be in touch with you to arrange a pick up.

We offer shipping internationally. Shipping rates will be calculated at check-out. All shipping rates do not include custom and import taxes/duties, which are to borne by the customer. Please contact us if you do not see your location and we will do our best to assist you.

Lost or damaged mail happen sometimes despite our efforts to pack orders for mailing securely and unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for items that are already shipped.
