We use a courier with mail tracking service.
Orders will usually ship (be despatched) within 2 business days and should there be any major delay, we will do our best to keep you updated. If you have any concerns regarding the shipping/processing times, please contact us for other options.
Lost or damaged mail happen sometimes despite our efforts to pack orders for mailing securely and unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for items that are already shipped. If however, you encounter lost or damaged items, please still contact us and we will give you a discount voucher for your next purchase.
Please verify the shipping address and information before confirmation. If a package returns to us and needs to be reshipped, please be aware that additional shipping fees may be required.
Refunds and Exchanges
Orders may be cancelled if the parcel has not been shipped and may take 3-5 business days to process.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are not able to accept refunds or exchanges for items shipped. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to find a solution with you.
We require a 30% deposit for any private and group workshop booking.
For cancellations three weeks and more before the workshop, there will be a refund of the deposit paid. For cancellations within three weeks of the workshop, there will be no refund on the deposit. However, if there is another date that works better, we welcome you to reschedule the workshop too.
While we seek to use only natural additives in our soaps, we like to advise caution for individuals with skin sensitivities when trying out new skin products. All our ingredients are listed in the description page of each soap product but if however, you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
Please store products in a cool, dry place before use and for the best experience, please enjoy them within 6 months of purchase (3 months for bar soaps).
