Points & Earning Rewards
Log in to your Rough Beauty Rewards account to start earning points. Note: purchases via guest checkout won’t earn points.
Earn points for every purchase—online or in-store. Example: every $1 spent = 1 point.
Points and redemption values follow the current exchange rate at the time of your purchase.
Points from online orders appear after your order is fulfilled. In-store points are added after successful payment.
$1 spent = 1 point. For example, a $25.50 purchase earns 25 points.
All point calculations follow the current exchange rate at checkout.
Points last 6 months from your last earning or redemption activity (except Birthday points). Each new purchase or redemption extends all points by another 6 months. Points from online orders are added only after the order is fulfilled.
No, only purchases made after the program launch date will earn points.
Redeeming Rewards
View your points history on your account page or through the points widget.
You can redeem your points for a range of exciting rewards, including:

Rewards are regularly updated so there’s always something new to enjoy!
No, points from different accounts cannot be combined and are non-transferable.

- The reward you’re trying to redeem and a screenshot of any error

Unfortunately, redemptions cannot be reversed. We recommend using the reward within its validity period.
Returns & Adjustments
Points earned from the original purchase will be deducted after a return is processed. If you exchange an item, points will be adjusted based on the value of the new item.
